What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Personal data may be collected when visiting this site. This may include personal data, such as name, email address, personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information; and technical data, such as information about cookies.

The data collected on the interest forms is used to contact you and assess if you are a good fit to be a client or to schedule meetings. The information is retained as long as necessary if you become a client. If you do not become a client, the information is purged within 60 days.

If you comment on any of our posts, that information you provide is captured.

Callan Accounting does not share your information.

How we protect your data

Callan Accounting uses 2FA, encryption and other security measures including regular staff training to protect personal data. In accordance with our cyber security policy, we have multiple measures in place to prevent and ward off attacks, as well as procedures to follow in case of a data breach.
